DI & Steel Foundry

Our DI & Steel Foundry is equipped with modern production facilities that ensure high-quality castings with excellent dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.

High Pressure 1000 × 1000 Box Size Moulding Machine

Our advanced High Pressure Moulding Machine with a 1000 × 1000 mm box size ensures highly accurate mould preparation with excellent dimensional consistency. The high-pressure compaction process improves mould strength, reduces casting defects, enhances productivity, and delivers superior surface finish for complex casting components.

Floor Moulding in Double Boxes with Pneumatic Rammers

For large and customized castings, we utilize Floor Moulding in Double Boxes supported by Pneumatic Rammers. This process enables the production of heavy and intricate castings while ensuring uniform sand compaction, better mould stability, improved dimensional accuracy, and consistent casting quality.

Dual Track Induction Furnace

Our Dual Track Induction Furnace provides efficient and controlled metal melting for both ductile iron and steel grades. The dual-track system enhances production flexibility, minimizes downtime, ensures accurate temperature control, and maintains the required chemical composition for producing high-quality castings with excellent mechanical properties.

Core Shop

Our fully equipped Core Shop manufactures precision sand cores that are essential for producing castings with complex internal passages and intricate geometries. The facility is designed to ensure dimensional accuracy, high core strength, and excellent consistency, contributing to defect-free castings and improved production efficiency.

Shot Blasting Machine

After the casting process, every component undergoes surface cleaning in our Shot Blasting Machine. This process effectively removes sand particles, scales, oxidation, and surface impurities while improving the appearance and surface finish of the casting. Shot blasting also prepares the components for machining, coating, painting, or further finishing operations.

CI Foundry

Our Cast Iron (CI) Foundry is designed to handle large-scale production while maintaining consistent quality and operational efficiency.

  • High Melting Capacity Cupola Furnace

Our foundry is equipped with a High Melting Capacity Cupola Furnace, enabling continuous and efficient melting of cast iron for large-scale production requirements. The furnace provides consistent molten metal quality, improved thermal efficiency, and stable production output, making it suitable for manufacturing castings of various sizes and complexities.

  • Air Pollution Control System

Environmental responsibility is an integral part of our manufacturing operations. The CI Foundry is equipped with an advanced Air Pollution Control System that effectively captures dust, fumes, and particulate emissions generated during the melting process. This system helps maintain a clean and safe working environment while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Machine Shop

Our fully equipped machine shop enables us to deliver precision-machined components that meet exact customer specifications.

  • Shaper Machine

Our Shaper Machines are used for producing flat, angular, and contoured surfaces with high precision. These machines are ideal for machining keyways, slots, grooves, and various profiles required for engineering components, ensuring excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish.

  • Lathe Machines

The machine shop houses a range of Lathe Machines capable of performing precision turning, facing, threading, boring, grooving, taper turning, and finishing operations. These machines allow us to manufacture cylindrical components with high concentricity, close tolerances, and consistent machining quality.

  • Vertical Machining Center (VMC) Machines

Our Vertical Machining Center (VMC) Machines are equipped with CNC technology for high-precision machining of complex components. These machines perform multiple machining operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and contour machining in a single setup, ensuring higher productivity, excellent repeatability, reduced machining time, and outstanding dimensional accuracy.

  • Drill Machine

Our Drilling Machines are used for accurate drilling, reaming, countersinking, counterboring, and tapping operations. These machines ensure precise hole positioning and dimensional consistency for components requiring multiple machining processes.

  • Hacksaw Machine

The Hacksaw Machine is utilized for efficient cutting of metal bars, rods, pipes, and raw materials into required sizes before machining and fabrication. It provides accurate cutting while minimizing material wastage and improving production efficiency.

Fabrication Shop

The fabrication shop is equipped to undertake fabrication, assembly, structural work, and customized engineering solutions, ensuring complete manufacturing support under one roof.

Testing Facilities

Quality assurance is an integral part of our manufacturing process. Our advanced testing laboratory ensures that every product complies with national and international quality standards.

Wet Chemical Laboratory

Our Wet Chemical Laboratory performs detailed chemical analysis of raw materials and molten metal to verify the chemical composition of each heat. This ensures that every casting possesses the desired mechanical properties, metallurgical consistency, and compliance with applicable standards.

Sand Testing Laboratory

The quality of moulding sand directly influences casting quality. Our Sand Testing Laboratory evaluates critical parameters, including moisture content, permeability, green compression strength, compactability, grain fineness, and clay content. Continuous monitoring helps produce defect-free moulds and improves casting accuracy.

Spectrometer for Chemical Analysis

We utilize an advanced Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) for rapid and highly accurate chemical composition analysis of molten metal. This equipment enables precise control of alloying elements, ensuring consistent material quality, improved mechanical properties, and compliance with customer specifications.

Universal Testing Machine (UTM)

Our Universal Testing Machine (UTM) is used to evaluate the mechanical properties of cast components through tensile, compression, and other physical tests. These tests verify parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and overall structural integrity, ensuring reliable performance under service conditions.

Microstructure Examination Facility

The Microstructure Examination Facility allows detailed metallurgical analysis of cast materials using microscopic inspection techniques. This examination helps assess graphite structure, grain size, carbide formation, nodularity, and other metallurgical characteristics that influence product quality, durability, and performance.

Precision Gauges for Material Inspection and Dimensional Verification

Our inspection department is equipped with a comprehensive range of Precision Gauges and Measuring Instruments, including Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, dial indicators, plug gauges, and customized inspection fixtures. These instruments enable accurate dimensional verification, tolerance checking, and final quality inspection to ensure every component conforms precisely to customer drawings and engineering specifications.

Pattern Shop

Our dedicated pattern shop develops and maintains high-precision patterns for producing accurate castings with consistent dimensional quality and improved production efficiency.
